Android IKEv2 VPN setup

On this instruction, every screen-shots are taken with application strongSwan v.2.5.4 and Android 10.x. Other versions of strongSwan and Android are similar to be configured, however there might be minor different.
  1. Download third-party application “strongSwan”, available on Google Play.
  2. Start the “strongSwan” application on Android.
  3. Click on “Add VPN Profile”. Screenshot
  4. Now enter the VPN details issued by our support, then press “Save”:
    • Server (Server name)
    • VPN Type
    • Username
    • Password
    • CA certificate (Select automatically)
    • Profile name (Connection name)

  5. Tap on your new configuration (MD) to Connect.
  6. VPN status will change to Connected. You can see VPN icon in Status bar. Screenshot
