iOS IKEv2 VPN setup

On this instruction, every screen-shots are taken on iOS 17.x. Other versions of iOS are similar to be configured, however there might be minor different.
  1. Start the “Settings” application on iOS device.
  2. Go to the Search bar and enter “VPN”. Screenshot
  3. Tap on VPN & Device Management. Screenshot
  4. Tap on “VPN”. Screenshot
  5. Click on “Add VPN Configuration…”. Screenshot
  6. Now enter the VPN details issued by our support, then press “Done”:
    • Type
    • Description (Connection name)
    • Server (Server name)
    • Remote ID (Server name)
    • Username
    • Password

  7. Tap on your new configuration (checkbox). And now you can tap VPN Status button and status will change to Connected. Screenshot
